I have taken courses to try and perfect my craft of songwriting. I have had some success over the last 18 months. I was runner up for the melody competition for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee this June.
I have reached the semi-finals of the uk songwriting competition with 2 of my songs. I am also now co-writing with Jeff Franzel since being in The Songwriting Academy. I have learned so much, and thank Songu for that as well.

Genres: Alternative, EDM, Adult Contemporary

Instruments: Piano/Keyboard

Influences: I grew up listening to Mowtown and soul on my auntie's stereo when I babysat. I have always loved 80's music, Human League my favourite band of all time, also Dance and House. Female vocals, especially dramatic such as Dusty Springfield, Elaine Page, Maddona, The Carpenters, Abba, Whitney. Love Take That and a big fan of Robbie Williams. Musicals especially Les Miserables which I play all the time. Today I enjoy Stormzy, Little Mix, Taylor Swift, J Lo, The Weekend, Kari Jobe.
