Backstory:

A poetry contest prompt was "Dont Stop" by Fleetwood Mac, which kicked off the first verse. 

In the original drafting, one of the verses looked like it would refrain, so a refrain and a title was born. 

Presumably all this structure is subject of change if it were ever to get to a musical colleboration.
