Verse: You keep telling me you're the one You're like a bolt There's no comparison My mother thinks you're so wrong The charge between us is strong I've always been daddy's little girl Let's work this out before it goes far I want you bad It could send shockwaves to your heart It's our own electrical art Chorus: Can you feel the ENERGY (Ahhh) Burn in me (Ahhh) We can make it real not make believe If they just let us be If they would just let us be You see the fire burn in me It fills my ENERGY I feel your ENERGY You feel my ENERGY Verse: It's all complicated You strike me with your charms Your lighting has fully won Now it's evidence You're a live wire So it's already begun It happens so fast Like red sprites and blue jets It could only last Between you and I It could send shock waves to your heart It's our own electrical art Chorus: Can you feel the ENERGY (Ahhh) Burn in me (Ahhh) We can make it real not make believe If they just let us be If they would just let us be You see the fire burn in me It fills my ENERGY I feel your ENERGY You feel my ENERGY Bridge The energy transmitted to you and I The voltage is so alive It's human nature it's capable
