Sheryl parents being poor never was able to sign a contract for her. That included a song called "The Feel I Can't Resist". " It was back in the 80's with no musical education accept original music class. I believe that singers wrote their own songs. I did not know what a songwriter was."

    Lyrics:

I remember when you said goodbye I cried until the morning light I forgive you knowing I can not forget your touch I wonder does it mean that much to you Sure as I believe I remember the way you use to hold me The way you use to love me and touch me all over Pre Chorus: I'm not going lie I still want it back again knowing I might not get what I want Chorus: Our love has Been and Gone I remember all the tears I cried Our love has Been and Gone Knowing how I try to keep our love alive Our love has Been and Gone Verse: The way you look inside my eyes I know deep inside That you wanted me back So let's put our life, our love back on the tracks So let's stop playing around You said you loved me You wanted me the way I want you too Chorus: Our love has Been and Gone I remember all the tears I cried Our love has Been and Gone Knowing how I try to keep our love alive Our love has Been and Gone
