Christmas lights on every house   
Along our little street 
Snowflakes are falling   
A candle in the window seat                          

A wreath on every window 
A bow on every wreath 
A tree beside the fireplace 
With presents underneath 

One thing is missing 
At the top of the tree this year 
Its  Daddy's  hand      placing the star 
Way up there so far

With his army friends 
A sand storm is blowin'
