Lord, why do the godless get it all--
The looks and the luck; The wealth and the health?
While the good get only
Temptation, frustration;
They stumble, they fall.
But I tell You
REFRAIN
Though my body and mind grow weak,
You're the Rock of My Heart;
You're all I need.
VERSE 2
Lord, I can't puzzle this out:
I feel bitter, no better than a beast bearing burdens.
Yet when I feel the touch of Your Love,
Earth's treasures and pleasures
Fall forgotten away,
And I say:

Lord, I know Heaven is all about You:
The Alpha, Omega; You're All in the All.
And those who welcome Your ways
