Back Story
This song was inspired by my daughter-in-law Heather and was written in honor of her birthday June 18, 2008. It is intended as a tribute to Heather's relationship with her father Bernie O. who passed away suddenly a few years ago. The song is about a mother and son, (not a father/daughter as is the actual fact) but the truth is we are only a few tears away from the people we love.
