The Writer's Room
|
Why do you write songs?
I really enjoy coming up with creative and clever ideas. I have used my creativity in the data processing field and in other writing ventures (newspaper, magazines, workshop design), but I believe I am more naturally attuned to lyric writing.
Also, I believe I can really make an impact with my songs (socially, environmentally, etc...). I feel this is what I should be doing.
Who are your main influences?
The entire music community. Like the big "evergreen" hits such as "Live Like you were Dying" written by Craig Wiseman and Tim Nichols.
