Why do you write songs? 
I started writing songs for therapy when I was in grade school. By high school, I started learning about structure. As time went on, I developed the desire to make songwriting my occupation.

Highlights And Happenings
"Shadows On The Wall" cut in 1995 by Jerry Hanlon. "Dreams" was released by artist Cheryl K. Warner, debuted on the Roots charts at number 12, and was number 1 for 6 weeks. "Country Nights" was my the first title cut. "Fear On Fear" is in the movie "Little Glory" starring Cameron Bright.
my song "Just One Dance" was released in 2009 by the Scott Davis Band. My song "Denver" was released on Rick Blanc's cd "Vertigo". My song "Hell Bent And Southern Bound" was released on Rodney Cooks' cd "Country In Me".
My song "I Wanna Be Me" was published within 24 hours of coming back from the studio in August. A record turn around for me! To date, I've had over 50 songs published, or re-signed by my publishers.
