Why do you write songs?
This is just a weird question to me. It is like asking, "Why do race car drivers race"? I play music in my head all the time. I am so glad no one can hear what is going on in my mind. I can tell you it is loud, it is complex and it is busy!! Kinda like someone is having a party next door 24x7..... LOL
Who are your main influences?
The best way to answer this question is to provide an example. First, make a list of every person who had an influence in your life to either become a Christian or helped you grow as a Christian. Now go purchase the sound track for "Thank You for Giving to the Lord" or just do this when you hear it on the radio. When you get to the Chorus, say the name of each person on your list..... "Thank you for giving to the Lord", (1st name), "I am a life that was Changed! (2nd Name) "Thank You for giving to the Lord" (3rd name....) and so on....
If you can get through the song without breaking down and crying, you are stronger than I! My point is that so many people have a hand in the person writing these songs that I dare not try to name them.
