Why do you write songs?
I feel like God has given me these songs because He has something to say. I love music, and always have, and I have dabbled in writing before, but this time it is different. The music just comes out, and if it helps someone somewhere along the way, then His will is done. I may never know if I have had a positive influence on someone with my songs, but the satisfaction I get from the creative process is all that I need.
Who are your main influences?
I don't really copy any particular artist, mainly because each of my songs so far have fallen in a different genre! I would say my preference is Christian Rock, but my first song was classified as Country. So, it's a mix. My "piano only" songs are alot like Yanni or John Tesh, but my keyboard songs could be anything.
