Course Description
This course focuses on your left hand guitar playing, giving you new ways of playing old chord progressions and hopefully opening you up to new and creative ways to use your guitar in your songwriting. You will be introduced to the use of color chords, bass notes in chord progressions, chord keys, modulation and exploring the neck of your guitar to find new chord combinations. These can be incorporated into your songs to make them more dynamic and listener-friendly in pop, rock, folk and alternative music.

Lesson 1: Use Of Bass Notes In Chord Progressions
Lesson 2: Color Chords And How To Use Them
Lesson 3: Creative Keys And Modulation
Lesson 4: Exploring The Neck Of Your Guitar
Estimated Time
This course consists of four lessons each of which
takes approximately twenty to thirty minutes to complete. To obtain the greatest
benefit, we suggest that you leave enough time after finishing each lesson to
do all the exercises and fully absorb the material before beginning the next
lesson.
